What you will learn
- Turn the value proposition into key campaign messages
- List every asset the campaign needs, from ads to landing pages
- Build a launch calendar with tasks, owners, and dates
Start with the message. Turn the value proposition into one main campaign message and three supporting points, each backed by proof. For a dental clinic, the message might be gentle treatment with clear upfront pricing, supported by reviews, photos of the clinic, and flexible appointment times. Every ad, post, and page in the plan should repeat these points consistently in its own format.
Next, list every asset the campaign needs. Typically that includes a landing page for each main offer, search ad copy for each ad group, three or four social ad creatives, a month of organic posts, a lead magnet or offer, WhatsApp quick replies, and a short email or follow-up sequence. Include sample drafts of the most important ones in your plan, such as the landing page outline and one full ad.
Then put it on a calendar. A simple launch sequence might be: week one, set up tracking and fix the landing page; week two, launch search ads and start organic posting; week three, launch Meta Ads; week four, review the first results and adjust. Give each task an owner and a deadline, and mark any dates that matter to the business, such as a sale or a festival.
