This policy explains what Parwaz Digital does with personal information collected through this website, and what your rights are. It covers this website only — if we work together, the agreement between us governs how we handle data on your behalf.

Who we are

What we collect

We collect very little, and only what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry details — your name, email address, phone number, company, and the description of your project, when you complete the contact form or write to us directly.
• Correspondence — the messages you send us by email, WhatsApp, or phone, and our replies.
• Server logs — our hosting provider records standard request information such as IP address, browser type, and requested page, for security and reliability purposes.

How the contact form works

The enquiry form on this site does not send anything to a server of ours. When you submit it, your browser composes the message and opens either WhatsApp or your own email client with the text prepared. Nothing is transmitted until you press send there, and the message travels through the channel you chose rather than through this website.

The newsletter field in the site footer is not yet connected to a mailing provider and does not currently store or transmit anything. If that changes, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Why we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you want to proceed, to prepare a proposal — our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To perform a contract, where you become a client and we need your details to deliver the work.
• To keep the site secure and available, which is what server logs are for.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations, where the law requires us to keep records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising. Information is only ever disclosed to:

• Service providers who help us operate — our hosting provider, email provider, and the messaging platforms you choose to contact us through.
• Professional advisers such as accountants or lawyers, where required.
• Authorities, where we are legally obliged to disclose.

Third-party content on this site

There is none. Every asset on this site — fonts, images, scripts, and styles — is served from our own domain, including the typefaces, which are self-hosted rather than requested from Google Fonts. No map, video, chat widget, or social embed loads anything from another company while you browse.

Some links do take you elsewhere — to WhatsApp, to Google Maps, or to our social profiles. Those only load once you choose to follow them, and from that point the destination's own privacy policy applies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a conversation where it left off. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts, and afterwards for the period our legal and accounting obligations require. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or restrict how we use it. You can also object to our use of it and ask for it in a portable format. Write to us and we will respond within one month.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we do not store payment details or sensitive personal data on this website at all, which removes most of the risk.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles personal information — by adding analytics, a form backend, or a mailing provider — we will update this page and change the date at the top before the change takes effect.
