Websites rarely fail all at once. A plugin falls a few versions behind, a licence expires, a backup quietly stops running, and a contact form stops delivering enquiries without anyone noticing for weeks. None of it is dramatic until a security issue or an outage makes it urgent. A care plan replaces that drift with a routine: someone responsible for the site, checking it on a schedule and fixing small problems while they are still small.
Each month we apply core, theme, plugin and dependency updates on a staging copy first, test the key pages and forms, then publish. Security patches that cannot wait are applied as they are released. Backups run automatically and are stored off-site, and we restore one periodically to prove they work. Uptime monitoring alerts us when the site goes down, often before you or your customers notice.
The plan includes a monthly allowance of content changes, such as a new team member, updated prices, a fresh banner or a blog post uploaded, so small edits do not need a separate quote. Each month you receive a short health report covering what was updated, uptime, backups, speed and anything we recommend fixing. We maintain sites we built and, after an initial audit, sites built elsewhere.
